Teddington

Joseph & Sons was approached in January 2025 to provide a decorating quote for the interior of Fairmile House, in Teddington, SW London. The project entails a complete redecoration of all five floors, encompassing the lobbies, landings, stairwells, and foyers.

In addition, wood panelling was required for each of the five landings, totalling over 900 square metres. As well as tiling the front two lobbies of Admiral House.

 It was a massive undertaking, but we were more than willing to take it on.

Work commenced on Fairmile House at the end of May and was completed in September. During our work, we were approached by the committee of Admiral House, who were pleased with the progress at Fairmile and enquired if we could also decorate their apartment block. We submitted a quote, which was accepted, and we began work once we had finished at Fairmile.

In total, the jobs involved nine floors of decorating, which included:

• 900 square metres of wood panelling,
• 900 square metres of wallpapering,
• tiling,
• repair and maintenance,
• over twenty doors sanded, varnished, and fitted with new handles and kickplates,
• extensive painting using high-quality materials.
• 4 stairwells painted including spindles and handrails
